A lifelong Californian and first-generation immigrant, I graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and minors in Political Science and Film. I also spent a year in London at the School of Oriental and African Studies, an experience that enriched my global perspective and fueled a passion for exploration. Before law school, I spent six months backpacking through the Middle East and South Asia.  These experiences have profoundly shaped my approach to financial and estate planning, blending a deep understanding of various cultural and financial contexts with a commitment to thoughtful and strategic planning. 

I earned my law degree from The George Washington University Law School in our nation’s capital, where I knew that one day I wanted to be involved in estate planning and took all of the courses that would help me be well-educated in this area of law. Courses that covered wills, trusts, probate, income and estate taxation, and closely held business entities were a key part of my curriculum. While in law school, I also had the opportunity to spend one summer working directly with the judges on the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals.

I live in the Porter Ranch area with my wife, Najma, and our three young children. Outside of work, you might find me enjoying family outings at the park, working my way through a cookbook, or on a basketball court or golf course.
